Mood: Tired so-so

I'm sorry I hav'nt been on in a while everybody, though I'm sure none of you missed me THAT much! I'm also sorry that I couldn't comment or fav much of you're guys's artwork. I had 354 deviations in my box, so I just had time to glance at them. But, from what I saw, they were great! I really enjoyed looking at them and will be back on to favorite more when I have the time. Keep up the incredible work!

homo-phobes are the real perversion of nature

Tue Mar 14, 2006, 3:33 PM
Repost from someone else's journal.

Mood: Gloomy gloomy

Gay is a three letter word
just like 'you' and 'mee' when it is misspelled.

Homophobia and You:

I am the girl kicked out of her home because I confided in my mother that I am a lesbian.

I am the prostitute working the streets because nobody will hire a transsexual woman.

I am the sister who holds her gay brother tight through the painful, tear-filled nights.

We are the parents who buried our daughter long before her time.

I am the man who died alone in the hospital because they would not let my partner of twenty-seven years into the room.

I am the foster child who wakes up with nightmares of being taken away from the two fathers who are the only loving family I have ever had. I wish they could adopt me.

I am one of the lucky ones, I guess. I survived the attack that left me in a coma for three weeks, and in another year I will probably be able to walk again.

I am not one of the lucky ones. I killed myself just weeks before graduating high school. It was simply too much to bear.

We are the couple who had the realtor hang up on us when she found out we wanted to rent a one-bedroom for two men.

I am the person who never knows which bathroom I should use if I want to avoid getting the management called on me.

I am the mother who is not allowed to even visit the children I bore, nursed, and raised. The court says I am an unfit mother because I now live with another woman.

I am the domestic-violence survivor who found the support system grow suddenly cold and distant when they found out my abusive partner is also a woman.

I am the domestic-violence survivor who has no support system to turn to because I am male.

I am the father who has never hugged his son because I grew up afraid to show affection to other men.

I am the home-economics teacher who always wanted to teach gym until someone told me that only lesbians do that.

I am the woman who died when the EMTs stopped treating me as soon as they realized I was transsexual.

I am the person who feels guilty because I think I could be a much better person if I didn’t have to always deal with society hating me.

I am the man who stopped attending church, not because I don't believe, but because they closed their doors to my kind.

I am the person who has to hide what this world needs most, love.

I am the person who is afraid of telling his loving Christian parents he loves another male.

Repost this if you realize homophobia is wrong.

Why is it wrong to love, but not wrong to hate someone who just happens to love in a different way?

Mood: Screw The World Anti-Homophobe

Okay, Sorry for keeping that last post up for so long. I've been really busy. I can't say very much right now, but I will have a new drawing up soon, (as soon as my art teacher gives it back!!!) It is... (Suprise suprise) Another Johnny Depp picture. As I said before, I am NOT Obsessed with him, it's just hard to mess up a face like that. Anyway, if you're interested keep an eye out for that.

Finals this week, I went on a field trip yesterday to go to an art exhibit at a local college that I had some art in. It was a blast! In other news, everyone around me is getting very Doomy-and-Gloomy, I'm getting stressed, but that's all normal teenage stuff. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, just stating my thoughts.

As always, I hate driving, love my rats and especially my horse, and ador my Boyfriend. Life's gettin' better, Have a good one!

90's Kids

Anybody under the age of 14 should not repost this. ;D Just 'cuz you were born in '92 doesn't mean you're a 90's kid. It's not like you could remember the original Simpsons.

You know you're a 90's kid if...

You've ever ended a sentence with the word "PSYCHE!"

You can sing the rap to "The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air"

You wore skorts and felt stylish.

You yearned to be a part of the Babysitter's Club.

You use to love playing with your MY Little Pet Shop

You know that "WOAH" comes from Joey from "Blossom" and that "How Rude!" comes from Stephanie from "Full House"

You remember when it was actually worth getting up early
on a Saturday to watch cartoons.

You wore a ponytail on the side of your head and had fluffed bangs

You got super excited when it was Oregon Trail day in computer class at school.

You wanted to change your name to "JEM" in kindergarten

You remember reading "Goosebumps"

You know the profound meaning of "Wax on, wax off"

You have pondered why Smurfette was the only female smurf.

You took plastic cartoon lunch boxes to school.

You remember the craze then the banning of slap bracelets and slam books.

You still get the urge to say "NOT" after (almost) every sentence...Not...

You knew that Kimberly, the pink ranger, and Tommy, the green Ranger were meant to be together.

You remember "I've fallen and I can't get up"

You remember going to the skating rink before there were inline skates

You ever got injured on a Slip 'n' Slide

You wore socks over leggings scrunched down

" Miss Mary Mack, Mack, Mack, all dressed in black, black, black, with silver buttons, buttons, buttons, all down her back, back, back..."

You remember boom boxes vs. cd players

You knew what it meant to say "Care Bear Stare"

You remember Alf, the little brown alien from Melmac and Vicki the Robot from "MY Little Wonder"

You remember New Kids on The Block when they were cool

You knew all the characters names and their life stories on "Saved By The Bell"

You played and or collected "Pogs"

You used to pretend to be a MIGHTY MORPHIN Power Ranger

You owned a Skip It

You had at least one GigaPet or Nano and brought it everywhere

You watched the original Care Bears, My Little Pony, and NINJA TURTLES

All your school supplies were "Lisa Frank" brand.(pencils.notebooks.binders.etc.)

Yikes pencils and erasers were the shit.

You remember when the new Beanie Babies were always sold out

You used to wear those stick on earings, not only on your ears, but at the corners of your eyes.

You remember a time before the WB.

You've gotten creeped out by "Are You Afraid of the Dark?"

You thought it would be so cool to be Alex Mack.

You know the Macarena by heart..

" Talk to the hand" ... enough said

You thought Brain would finally take over the world

You always said, "Then why don't you marry it!"
